In this khutbah delivered in the wake of the 2019 Christchurch mosque massacre, the imam calls on Muslims to "tell the time prophetically" — using the Quran and Sunnah to understand the age of threats they live in. Drawing on Quranic verses and the history of domestic terrorism against houses of worship, he urges the Muslim community to embrace physical, spiritual, psychological, and ideological vigilance, while reminding believers that Allah is their ultimate Protector and there is no cause for despair.
