Acceptance of these terms

By using Halal Tube at https://www.halaltube.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the site

Halal Tube is a free Islamic lecture library. You may browse and watch lectures for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content in bulk
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation

User accounts

Creating an account is optional. Accounts are required only to post comments, save favorites, and create playlists. You may sign in using Google, Apple, or Facebook — by doing so you authorize us to receive basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) from that provider.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs through it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

User-generated content

You retain ownership of any comments you post. By submitting a comment you grant Halal Tube a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that comment on the Site.

You agree that all content you submit will:

• Be consistent with Islamic values and respectful in tone
• Not contain hate speech, harassment, or abuse directed at any person or group
• Not contain spam, advertisements, or links to external sites
• Not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party

Content moderation

All comments are held for review before appearing publicly. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any comment at our sole discretion, for any reason, at any time — including content that we consider off-topic, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Site. We are not obligated to provide notice or explanation when we remove content.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or permanently delete your account if you violate these terms or if we determine that your use of the Site is harmful to other users or to the Site. You may delete your own account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Intellectual property

Lecture videos on the Site are the property of their respective creators and are hosted on YouTube. Halal Tube does not claim ownership of any lecture content.

The Site's design, code, and original written content (excluding lectures and user comments) are owned by Halal Tube. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of any lecture content hosted on third-party platforms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halal Tube and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data or interruption of access. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, as the Site is free, is zero).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
