Yahya Raaby

Ustadh Yahya Raaby is a UK-based imam, teacher, and Qur'an reciter of Somali heritage, born in Kolding, Denmark, and raised in London. He memorized the Qur'an in his teenage years at Badr Islamic Institute, studied at the Ma'had program of Masjid an-Nabawi in Madinah, and completed a bachelor's degree in Islamic law (Shariah). He serves as an imam and khatib in West London and as an instructor of Qur'an, Arabic, and Islamic sciences at Badr Academy, and is known for his moving recitation style and youth-focused lectures across the UK and abroad.
