Said RageahShaykh Said Rageah was born in Somalia and moved to North America in the late 1980s. He earned a Bachelor's in Islamic studies and a Master's in Shariah from the Institute of Islamic and Arabic Sciences in America (IIASA/Al-Imam University affiliate) in Virginia. Long based in Toronto, he founded Masjid Huda in Montreal and Masjid Aya in Maryland, served as chaplain at universities, and was a founding figure and instructor for Islamic institutes including AlMaghrib. He is known for powerful khutbahs on community issues, youth, and reviving the sunnah.
