Abdul Karim YahyaShaykh Abdul Karim Yahya is an American Islamic scholar and translator who embraced Islam and went on to study the traditional Islamic sciences in Tarim, Hadramawt (Yemen) at Dar al-Mustafa under the tutelage of Habib Umar bin Hafiz and other scholars of the Ba 'Alawi tradition. He has served for years as one of the primary English-language translators for Habib Umar bin Hafiz during his international tours. Shaykh Abdul Karim teaches sacred knowledge, delivers sermons, and lectures across the United States, focusing on spirituality (tazkiyah), the prophetic biography, and the sciences of the sacred law.
