Tahir WyattShaykh Dr. Tahir Wyatt is an American scholar from Philadelphia and one of the most academically credentialed English-speaking Islamic scholars. He studied for roughly two decades in Saudi Arabia, earning multiple degrees including a doctorate from the Islamic University of Madinah, and made history as the first American appointed to teach in the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah, where he taught in both Arabic and English. He returned to Philadelphia, where he serves as executive director of the Quran and Sunnah Society and resident scholar at the United Muslim Masjid, and he has served as a senior scholar with Yaqeen Institute. His lectures span aqeedah, hadith, fiqh, and the intellectual defense of Islam.
