Shaykh Mohammad Elshinawy is a Brooklyn-born scholar, instructor, and researcher of Egyptian heritage. He studied the Islamic sciences with numerous scholars, earned a degree in Islamic Studies, and serves as a senior researcher and instructor with the Yaqeen Institute for Islamic Research, where he has authored widely read papers on the prophethood of Muhammad ﷺ, divine wisdom, and matters of faith. A gifted khatib, he has served communities across the New York area and Texas and is known for lectures that are both intellectually grounded and spiritually stirring.
