Al-Baraa ibn Aazib (ra): He Described the Grave in Detail | The Firsts | Dr. Omar Suleiman

About this lecture

In this episode of *The Firsts*, Dr. Omar Suleiman brings to life the biography of Al-Baraa ibn Aazib Al-Ansari رضي الله تعالى عنه — one of the most prolific narrators of Hadith with over 300 narrations, yet one of the least-known companions in terms of biography. From his childhood wonder at the Prophet ﷺ's arrival in Madinah, to his eyewitness accounts of Khandaq, Hudaybiyyah, and Hunayn, to his famous long hadith describing the trials of the grave, this lecture reveals the depth and breadth of this remarkable companion's life and legacy. Viewers will come away with a richer understanding of key ahadith they already know — and the man behind them.
