Muslim Minorities in Non-Muslim Lands (A Quranic Worldview)

He explains that Surah Al-Tawbah was a specific, time-bound response to communities that waged war against the Prophet ﷺ, while Surah Al-Ma'idah represents Islam's enduring foreign policy — one of engagement, trust-building, and coexistence. Drawing on the examples of the early Muslims in Abyssinia, the spread of Islam in Indonesia, and the character of Rasulullah ﷺ before prophethood, the speaker calls on Muslim minorities to earn credibility through honesty and service, engaging fully with their societies without losing their faith.
