     You can adjust the quality by selecting 360p and changing it to a higher value. It goes up to 1080p which is the best quality.

   As a teen that was very refreshing to hear. Im not being extreme when I see a half dressed person, everybody is just desensentised.. Manshallah I recommend this video to everybody

    Nonetheless, He he got side tracked discussing relationship with family which is a much needed topic for a separate lecture.
