I’m agnostic and I thought this had a lot of good information that anyone, with or without a religion, could benefit from. I know it made me reflect upon myself.

It explains every spiritual disease you can possible think of, its causes, and how to remedy them. It explains how, in fact, arrogance (caused by envy) can be linked to every disease.
