Drawing on Quranic verses, authentic hadiths, and classical fiqh principles, he demonstrates that divine legislation is fundamentally characterized by ease, concession, and compassion — and that justice in Islam is inseparable from rahma. Through vivid examples from criminal law, including qisas, hirabah, sariqah, and zina, the speaker shows how even in the most serious legal cases, the Shari'ah consistently opens doors for tawbah, forgiveness, and mercy in ways that purely human-made law never could.
