Abdul Karim Yahya - The Days of God

About this lecture

In this lecture delivered in the British Isles during Rabi' al-Awwal 2016, Shaykh Abdul Karim Yahya explores the Quranic concept of *Ayyamullah* — the Days of God — drawing on the stories of Prophets Nuh and Ibrahim, the Day of the Elephant, and the transformation of figures like Umar ibn al-Khattab to show how divine victory always comes to those who bear the trust of faith with patience and certainty. He calls the Muslim community to resist both the violence of ignorance and the temptation of political compromise, reminding them that steadfastness in following Rasulullah ﷺ is the only path to true rescue and honor. The lecture is simultaneously a *Mawlid* reflection and a stirring exhortation to fortitude, *tawakkul*, and unwavering attachment to the Prophet ﷺ in times of trial.
