   What did the speaker mean by cold turkey being a solution of quitting pornograhy?

     I believe what he meant is that as with other additions i.e drugs, some addicts might need time where you taper off the dose slowly and eventually one can quit but in the case of pornography one can quit ‘cold turkey’; you don’t need that withdrawal period where you watch less and less of pornography and eventually quit, you can quit right away regardless of how addicted one can be..

   Cold turkey is a phrase that arose from withdrawal symptoms of opioids. One of the withdrawal symptoms that opioid addicts experience on quitting are goosebumps on the skin (those bumps you get on your skin when you are cold). Therefore the phrase cold turkey has now become synonymous with quitting any addiction without taper as umer mentioned above.
