worried about that house in the sky? the one with no mortgage? is that true? seriously. what garbage.
“the best time to ask Allah for something.” is Allah some genie? who’s the servant? us or Allah?
Pouremrika:
Asking Allah (SWT) for our needs that benefit our worldly (doonya) affairs is an act of worship.
Too many Muslims look to seek the pleasure of other people because they need something from them. Or they desperately turn to a person because they think that person can satisfy their needs. In reality, Allah (SWT) is The One who gives.
We’ve actually been commanded by Allah (SWT), that if we are in need of something, we turn to Allah (SWT).
That’s not to say that we should base our prayers on seeking worldly benefit. Our intention has to be pure, but asking Allah (SWT) is an act of worship.
