   I unfortunately couldn’t find the download mentioned in the lecture..so if anyone else can, please let me know the link. Jazak’Allahu khair.

     Assalamualaykum

     The document he is refering to is called a “heartwheel journal”. Muhammed al shareef brought it out during ramadan and it came on islam channel. If you type Heartwheel journal on google it comes up as the third link. or you can click – http://www.islamchannel.tv/heartwheel/Heart_Wheel_journal_Muhamad_AlShareef .pdf
     That should give you direct access to it.

     Also There is a daily video series that goes with this. It starts from day 3 but i really recommend you watch each day to go with the journal. Again just type in heartwheel journal into google and it will do all the work for you.
