It was really touching and Hamza yusuf as always moved my heart. may Allah caza wajal increase our knowledge and purify our heart.
thought provoking stuff
Both speakers were inspiring in our contemporary challenges
MashaAllah.
It was an inspirational talk by both speakers.
They provoke us to think, to examine ourselves, to stand up for justice and to appreciate what we have.
Our community need to listen to people like Sh. Hamza and Dr. Tariq. We need to be tolerant, respect others and agree to disagree with those who differ with us while we still respect them.
May God bless the speakers and all those who organized the event.
I would invite people to come to Toronto, Canada, in the month of December 2010 to listen to both speakers among many other scholars in the annual event of Reviving the Islamic Spirit http://www.revivingtheislamicspirit.com
I am not in any shape or form trying to advertise the event for wordly gain. I am not affiliated with the organizers. This invitation is something that is coming from the heart. I hope your heart will accept it.
Mr. Ramadan has an interesting family tree.
